• Full name — collected at registration and used to personalise your account experience.
• Email address — used as your account identifier, for OTP verification, and for important account communications.
• Password — stored as a one-way cryptographic hash. We cannot read your password in any form.
• Referral code — if you were referred by another member, we store the code used at sign-up to credit the referrer appropriately.

2.2 Information generated automatically

• Referral records — we log which members you have referred and the status of each referral relationship.
• Account activity — actions taken within your account such as community engagement, task completion, and dashboard interactions are logged for security and audit purposes.
• Session data — basic session information managed by our authentication provider (Supabase). We do not collect device fingerprints or precise location data.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Verify your identity during registration via email OTP.
• Process and track referral relationships and rewards.
• Send you important account notifications and platform updates.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access.
• Improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your personal data for advertising purposes, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose not described in this policy.

5. Third-Party Services We Use

GrowthHaven uses the following trusted providers to operate the platform. Each provider's use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy:

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain records for regulatory or legal purposes.

Aggregated, anonymised data — where no individual can be identified — may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement and analytics.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit.
• Row-level security on our database — your data is only accessible to your own authenticated account.
• Passwords stored as one-way cryptographic hashes — not readable by anyone, including us.
