1. About GrowthHaven

GrowthHaven is a social engagement and creator ecosystem. We provide a platform for writers, readers, and community members to interact, share content, and earn rewards for their engagement. We are a service-based platform and do not provide financial advice, investment opportunities, or banking services.

GrowthHaven provides members with access to community tasks, writing tools, and referral rewards. By using our platform, you acknowledge that all rewards are based on verified engagement and subject to platform rules.

2. Eligibility

To use GrowthHaven, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from GrowthHaven.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or restrict access at our sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you register, you provide your name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@growthhaven.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You may not share your account, sell it, or transfer it to another person. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

4. Referral Programme

Each GrowthHaven member is assigned a unique referral code upon registration. You earn referral credit when a person you refer successfully creates a verified account and meets the qualifying activity threshold on the platform. Referral credit is awarded once per referred user and is non-transferable.

Referral rewards are subject to change at GrowthHaven's discretion. We will communicate any changes to the reward structure to existing members in advance.

Fraudulent referrals — including self-referrals, fake accounts, or coordinated abuse of the referral system — will result in the reversal of credited rewards and suspension of all accounts involved.

5. Platform Rewards & Engagement

GrowthHaven provides members with opportunities to earn rewards through community engagement, such as creating blog posts, reviewing books, and completing social tasks. All reward structures are clearly described on the platform at the point of participation.

By participating in GrowthHaven's reward programmes, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Rewards are subject to verification of authentic engagement.
• We reserve the right to withhold rewards for spam, artificial engagement, or abuse of the system.
• Reward rates (e.g., per like or per review) may be adjusted at GrowthHaven's discretion.

GrowthHaven is an engagement platform. Nothing on the platform constitutes guaranteed income or financial employment.

6. Reward Payouts

You may request a payout of your verified reward balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account is in good standing with no pending compliance review.
• The requested payout amount meets the minimum threshold stated on the platform at that time.
• All engagement generating the rewards has been verified as authentic according to our community guidelines.

GrowthHaven reserves the right to place a temporary hold on payout requests for fraud prevention or to investigate suspected artificial engagement. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

7. Fees

GrowthHaven will clearly disclose any applicable processing fees at the point of transaction before you confirm. Where third-party payment processors apply transfer or processing fees, these will be shown prior to confirmation. We will never deduct undisclosed charges from your account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use GrowthHaven for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the referral system or any promotional offering.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of GrowthHaven.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the platform in an unintended manner.
• Engage in any conduct that interferes with other members' use of the platform.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Any verified reward balance will be paid out to you within a reasonable timeframe, provided your account is not under investigation for fraud or abuse.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrowthHaven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, or loss of anticipated rewards.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising directly from our platform shall not exceed the balance held in your GrowthHaven account at the time the claim arose.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify active members via email for any material changes. Continued use of GrowthHaven after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
